Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Dosen pada Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo

Lecturers performance assessment conducted every year by a special team of LPM. The problem faced by this team is how to determine the lecturers’ decision criteria contained model with subjective or uncertain nature quickly. This system is a Decision Support System (DSS) are constructed using a method combining Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy approach called Fuzzy AHP (F-AHP). F-AHP cover the shortfall on the AHP in handling uncertain data or more subjective. The system is built using web-based programming language PHP, Mysql, and web design using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. From the test results, the lecturers performance assessment with the F-AHP model suggests that the subjectivity of criteria is considered in comparison with using AHP. Thus, the decision recommendation ranking of the merger of two methods (F-AHP & AHP) is closer to the manual ranking in the LPM at the University Cokroaminoto Palopo.
